Urghh

Urghh….time flies. We haven’t posted much here because it’s been really boring. It’s been 2 weeks since we came back to OR. While we are around, we’ve been helping out with the Mazamas ICS and AR which is nice because I really like to help out. However the selfish side of me really want to move on with our road trip. We finally bought a smaller car, a used 98 Honda Civic so we can get around town. Unfortunately we still have the RV and the house. All our $$ is tied down right now which is a little depressing because …. well, because it sux to know all the possibilities but unable to execute them.

Anyway, I don’t think we will hang out in OR too much longer. I think if the RV doesn’t sell, we’ll just store it and move on. It’ll just mean we have to start thinking of working again when October comes around. Sigh…. I really want to go home to Malaysia first before I go back to work though ….

Our next plan is still in the air because we can’t decide if we want to stay in the Northwest or to head East. With Yogi around, we pretty much can’t do too much alpine stuff in the Northwest which defeat the purpose of staying in Northwest. Matt’s mum offered to watch Yogi but she’s in Michigan and if we need to drive out to Michigan, it makes no sense financially to drive back to Northwest. Decision, decision, I think we are leaning on climbing out East for the moment. I guess it’s a great opportunity to climb there since we’ll be back in OR soon anyway to be able to climb in Northwest.

  1. i guess this is difficult time for selling, as people are less inclined to buy… and why not climb out East? that should be great fun there too 🙂

  2. Yeah, that seems like our best bet at this moment, going out East. It’s fun every where anyway.
