We are threesome now

Filed under: Random thoughts — joannestamplis @ 8:56 am

The ferrets left the house yesterday night *sniff, sniff*. I found a nice home for them with the help of the Cascade Ferret Network. The family used to have 2 ferrets but 1 just passed away recently so they were looking for another companion for their ferret. We took them to the house a few days ago to see if they get along and that’s pretty much the first time I’ve seen them interact with another ferrets. It’s really funny because the other ferret behaves just the same like Lazie and Ploppie. It was really cute seeing them play together. Even though it’s sad to be apart, I believe they will have better time than with us because we really don’t spend enough time with them with our busy schedule.

It’s not exactly good bye yet because we will get to babysit them again in August. The family who adopted them happen to be out of town for 1 week and ask if we could help them with the ferrets during that time. We will have 3 ferrets to play with then, so exciting. Anyway, now there are just Matt, Yogi and me, together going for a long adventure.
